What's your return policy?

At AIBlUE, customer satisfaction is one of the most important aspects of our business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We're happy to accept unopened and unused returns for up to 14 days from the date your package is received. 

For return

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving the package, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging.

Refund initiated once the item is received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

For replacement

Replacement arranged once the item is received by our warehouse.

1) About the cost of shipping from the destination: Normally this is at your expense, unless the unit you received is defective, physically damaged, or wrong.  

2) About the cost of shipping to the destination: Normally we will cover this cost, but any applicable duties and taxes are not included.

What's the return process?

If by any chance that you’re not satisfied with our products and propose a return, please follow the instructions below.

       1) Email us at and explain reason for return.

       2) Our support team will determine the eligibility for refunds or exchanges and arrange return details for you.

       3) Send your item back to us and we will process accordingly once your item has been received.

Please Note: Returning packages without prior approval will be halted or delayed.

I cancelled my order – when will I be reimbursed for the purchase price?

Reimbursements are usually completed within 7 business days.

1)Reimbursement on credit card orders: 

If you have online access to your account, you may be able to see your refund within a few days. If not, the refund will be listed on your account statement covering the next 3 to 4 weeks.

2)Reimbursement of payment in advance orders or orders via bank transfer: 

If you have used payment in advance or settled your invoice with a bank transfer, please provide us with your banking information because we do not store such data in our database. (IBAN, SWIFT, name of account holder)

Please Note:

- If the order has already been shipped, refund will be handled only after the customer send back the product back to seller’s specified address. 

- To be eligible for a return/refund, please contact us to obtain a prior approval. Our customer support team will determine the eligibility for refunds or exchanges and arrange return details for you. Email us at:
